A21 is Working with Law Enforcement Following Theft of 18 Pallets of Premium Bourbon
PHILADELPHIA, PA — A21 Wine & Spirits and Apogee 21 Holdings, Inc. (OTC: APHD) announced today that approximately 1,800 cases of Noble Oak Bourbon were stolen from a Philadelphia-area warehouse in what company officials believe was a coordinated cargo theft operation carried out in broad daylight.
The theft occurred on Friday, June 5, 2026, between approximately 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM Eastern Time and involved 18 pallets of Noble Oak Bourbon that were being held for commercial distribution.
The incident has been reported to the FBI, local law enforcement authorities, and an active investigation is underway.
The stolen inventory represents one of the largest known bourbon thefts in the region this year and highlights growing concerns throughout the beverage alcohol and transportation industries regarding organized cargo theft targeting high-value consumer products.
"We are treating this as a serious criminal matter and are fully cooperating with law enforcement authorities," said a spokesperson for A21 Wine & Spirits. "The theft involved a significant quantity of premium bourbon from our newly acquired brand, Noble Oak, and appears to have been executed with knowledge of logistics operations and product movement schedules."
Noble Oak Bourbon is distributed throughout the United States and has become known for its award-winning portfolio and commitment to environmental sustainability, including its ongoing tree-planting initiative that has resulted in more than 1.2 million trees being planted.
Because of the size of the theft, company officials believe the stolen inventory may be offered for resale through unauthorized channels, secondary wholesalers, online marketplaces, or other illicit distribution networks.
A21 Wine & Spirits and Apogee 21 Holdings are asking distributors, retailers, restaurants, bars, brokers, freight operators, warehouse operators, and consumers to remain vigilant and report any suspicious offers involving large quantities of Noble Oak Bourbon being sold outside established distribution channels.
The company is particularly interested in receiving information related to:
• Unusually discounted offers of Noble Oak Bourbon
• Large-volume inventory offered by unauthorized sellers
• Suspicious warehouse storage activity involving alcohol products
• Transportation or brokerage activity involving recently acquired Noble Oak inventory
• Online listings offering significant quantities of Noble Oak Bourbon
The company will continue working closely with law enforcement and industry partners throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions to recover the stolen inventory and identify those responsible.
Anyone with information regarding the theft or the whereabouts of the stolen inventory is encouraged to contact local law enforcement authorities or the company directly:
