PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Henderson, NV — Apogee 21 Holdings, Inc dba A21 Wine and Spirits a national wine and spirits sales, marketing, and brand management agency, today announced that it has been appointed the U.S. sales agency for Garden County Irish Whiskey, a family-run craft distillery from County Wicklow, Ireland.

The partnership adds an exciting Irish whiskey producer to A21 Wine and Spirits' expanding portfolio and represents another step in the company's strategy of partnering with distinctive international and domestic brands with authentic stories, exceptional products, and significant growth potential in the U.S. market.

Garden County Distillery is located in Rathnew, County Wicklow - an area known as the "Garden of Ireland." The family-run distillery is focused on reviving the heritage of traditional Irish whiskey while bringing a modern approach to small-batch production, innovative cask maturation, and product development.

Garden County controls its whiskey production from grain through distillation, mashing, fermenting, and distilling its own spirit using locally sourced Irish grain and locally derived yeast strains. The distillery is particularly focused on helping revive the tradition of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, while exploring distinctive maturation and finishing techniques using bourbon, virgin oak, sherry, port, wine, rum and other specialty casks.

"We are extremely excited to welcome Garden County Irish Whiskey to the A21 Wine and Spirits portfolio," said Mark Newman, CEO of A21 Wine and Spirits. "Irish whiskey has an extraordinary heritage, and Garden County combines that history with the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit we look for in our brand partners. This is a family-run distillery that is actually making its own whiskey, controlling the process and building something distinctive. We believe that story will resonate strongly with American consumers."

“We’re delighted to be partnering with A21 to build Garden County Irish Whiskey and our wider spirits portfolio in the U.S. From our very first conversations in early 2026, it was clear that both teams were on the same page.” Said Gavin Clifford with Garden County. “A21 brings a wealth of experience, but what really stood out to us was their focus on building brands for the long term. That approach is hugely important to us. We’re not looking for short-term wins — we want to

build Garden County properly in the U.S., with the right partners and a shared vision for the future. That alignment has allowed us to form what we believe will be a strong, lasting and prosperous partnership.”

As Garden County's U.S. sales agency, A21 Wine and Spirits will lead the brand's sales strategy, distributor development, market expansion, national account opportunities, and on- and off-premise growth throughout the United States.

The appointment comes as A21 continues to expand its national sales infrastructure and portfolio of wine and spirits brands. The company's growing distributor network and national sales organization provide Garden County with a platform designed to accelerate its introduction and expansion across key U.S. markets.

"America represents an important opportunity for Garden County, and choosing the right partner to build the brand was critical," said Rob Koch, COO. "A21 brings the national relationships, market knowledge and hands-on sales execution that we believe can help introduce Garden County to a much broader audience while maintaining the authenticity and craftsmanship at the heart of our distillery."

Garden County's current whiskey collection demonstrates the distillery's approach to cask experimentation and small-batch production, including blended Irish whiskey matured in bourbon, virgin oak and stout casks; aged single grain expressions; and single malt whiskey utilizing distinctive finishes such as maple syrup casks.

For A21, the partnership further strengthens a portfolio built around brands with compelling provenance and differentiated positions in their respective categories.

"We aren't looking simply to add brands—we want to build them," added Koch. "Garden County has the quality, authenticity and story to become an important Irish whiskey brand in the United States. Our job is to put the national infrastructure behind it and translate those attributes into distribution, placements and long-term consumer demand."

A21 Wine and Spirits will begin working with distributor partners and key accounts to expand Garden County's U.S. presence, with additional market and product announcements expected as the rollout progresses.
